Cover Your Tracks

At the top of every page on this website, you will see our Escape Now! button. Click that any time to immediately hide this page if your partner comes into the room.

Your computer, cell phone and telephone all keep records.  Get familiar with what information is being saved.   For many women, this information can be overwhelming.  If you are not sure you can be safe, do not use a computer or phone that your partner has access to. Use computers at a public library or an office phone or friend’s phone to reach out for help.

A partner can often tell when a woman has made up her mind to stop the abuse.  Do not underestimate your partner.  Learn to cover your tracks.
