The administration and operations are led by Executive Director, Rayann Toner
Tearmann Society has a dedicated team of 8 full-time staff, several casual staff and 1 administrative assistant. The full time staff are members of CUPE Local 4459.

We support women by listening to their stories of intimate partner violence and providing women with resources to better understand gender-based violence and the profound effects this can have on women and their children.
